Do i need a referral?
No, you do not need a doctor’s referral to see a Physiotherapist. However, please note that a referral will be necessary if you are claiming your treatment through EPC/CDM, Worker’s Compensation, DVA, CTP. We will normally ask who your doctor is so that the doctor is informed about your condition and assist in any way with your treatment plan.
Am i able to use my health fund?
Yes, we have a HICAPS machine in the clinic for on the spot claiming. Please be aware that rebates vary depending on your level of cover and it is recommended that you check with your insurer for this information.
What should I wear?
As a part of the assessment and treatment, we often need to see the area in question. Comfortable, light, loose clothing is best.
what happens if i need to change or cancel my appointment?
If you need to change your appointment, please call ASAP (0434 213 216). This opens availabilities for other clients that may be in need of the appointment. Please note cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation charge.
